Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will be the person in charge of supporting the teams that are part of the process in this service and support in the validation of the fulfilment of deliveries.
• Actively collaborate in the definition and subsequent review of KPIs, SLAs and SLOs.
• Identify and implement synergies between teams in the process.
• Prepare follow-up reports.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, as well as deliveries in due time and form to different customers and suppliers.
