Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will be the person in charge of managing and monitoring of the processes of:
  • Infrastructure capacity.
  • IT / Technological continuity.
  • Configuration and asset management.
  • Control of procedures.
  • Support for recommendations and audits.
• Collaborate in the compliance, improvement, and suitability of the services, processes, and functions of the unit.
• Participate in the definition, monitoring, and evolution of IT Procedures.
• Support other areas such as Security, Production, and Obsolescence among others.
• Provide support to internal and external audits.

Skills:

• Experience in ITIL4.
• Knowledge in office automation tools and databases.
• Experience in ServiceNow product and Agile methodology.
• Communication skills.
• Problem-solving experience.
• Analytical skills.
