Senior Delivery and Obsolescence Management Specialist

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Regarding delivery management tasks:
- Provide support in identifying improvements in demand and project management processes in the field of technology services.
- Review the quality of the requirements of the new demands that reach the technological services team.
- Support in validating compliance with internal delivery controls and KPIs.
- Conduct and present monitoring reports.
- Training on the tools and process of the rest of the technological services.
- Regarding obsolescence management tasks:
- Follow up on the status of obsolescence initiatives by requesting information from the different people responsible for them.
- You will be the person in charge of securing and comparing the data of the Obsolescence Portal.
- Support in the creation of the monthly Obsolescence report and propose proposals for improvement of the process and the portal.
- To propose initiatives that help to improve the KRI.
Skills:
- Experience in technologies such as Excel, CMBD and Jira Atlassian, among others.
- Communication and responsibility skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Adaptability to change.
- Problem-solving experience.
