At Sabadell Digital, we are certain: innovation is our engine. For that reason, we want to add to our team a Workplace Expert to lead the administration, management, and evolution of the user platform at Banco Sabadell. Are you up for the adventure?

Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance and support in the digital workplace environment.
• Managing and leading the outsourced service team that administers platforms.
• Support Business Partners and application managers (DOM/DEM).
• Managing the day-to-day operations of digital workplace services, including communication tools, hardware, and software.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for new solutions and upgrades.
• Developing and implementing digital workplace strategies and budgets that align with organisational objectives.
• Define the strategy and ensure availability of technology systems.
