Among your main responsibilities:

  • Regarding technological systems and platforms, you will be the person in charge of:
  • Ensure its availability and performance, defining and following KPIs and SLAs and managing the capacity and architecture that guarantees its high availability.
  • Define its evolution and technological strategy.
  • Ensure the correct licensing and modeling in the CMBD of our systems and platforms.
  • Manage possible requests and incidents, as well as the demand and execution of the different projects.
  • Ensure the correct security configuration.
  • You will provide support to Business Partners and Application Managers (DOM/DEM).
  • You will lead the outsourced service team that manages the platforms.
