About the job:

Among your main responsibilities:

• You will be the person in charge of managing one or more applications alongside the maintenance and incidental teams.
• Manage the areas of technical and incidental improvements of the applications and lead the maintenance teams for their prioritization, development and resolution.
• Support other teams and supervise the tasks performed by the project development and maintenance teams.
• Ensure both functional and technical knowledge in the Digital area of Banc Sabadell.
• Ensure that the solutions implemented are in line with business needs and aligned with the architecture strategy.
• Comply with Banc Sabadell’s methodology and corporate standards: quality, security and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the follow-up meetings and in the transversal follow-ups of architecture and security projects.
• Elaborate proposals to improve the service offered by our partners.
• Explore solutions both at technological and functional level with the objective of adding value to our portfolio.
• Work together with the project teams to have a global vision of the Roadmap of initiatives.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the objective of building solid relationships with business areas, suppliers and partners.
• Analytical skills and experience in problem solving.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment and in priority-driven deliveries with changing deadlines.
• Proactivity and responsibility in the management of projects and/or applications.
