Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Regarding delivery management tasks:
    • Provide support in identifying improvements in demand and project management processes in the field of technology services.
    • Review the quality of the requirements of the new demands that reach the technological services team.
    • Support in validating compliance with internal delivery controls and KPIs.
    • Conduct and present monitoring reports.
    • Training on the tools and process of the rest of the technological services.
  • Regarding obsolescence management tasks:
    • Follow up on the status of obsolescence initiatives by requesting information from the different people responsible for them.
    • You will be the person in charge of securing and comparing the data of the Obsolescence Portal.
    • Support in the creation of the monthly Obsolescence report and propose proposals for improvement of the process and the portal.
    • To propose initiatives that help to improve the KRI.

Skills:

  • Experience in technologies such as Excel, CMBD and Jira Atlassian, among others.
  • Communication and responsibility skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Problem-solving experience.
